In his role, Randy is responsible for driving forward decisions on new product ideas as well as product calendar delivery. He advises Marketing on communication involving actuarial guidelines and NAIC regulations that affect product design and pricing. Outside of work he enjoys all outdoor activities, loves to water ski, and go boating with his family.

Matthew Fitzpatrick- CFP, CLU, ChFC
Matt started in the Life Insurance industry in 2010. Matt joined John Hancock in 2013 as the Sales Support Coordinator initially supporting the New England Region. In 2016, Matt was appointed to the position of National Account Director, where he simultaneously managed two important customer relationships. After working for one of our national account relationships in a point of sale role, Matt has rejoined the John Hancock family as our Regional Vice President in the upper Mid-West.
